Specialized secondary processes
We perform specialized processes such as threading, countersinking, PEM insertion, and the installation of other sheet metal fasteners.
Press work with an eccentric press
We utilize eccentric presses that complement our machinery and support cost-effective serial production. These presses enable precise and repeatable shaping of parts. Press tools can also be utilized for cutting materials as required.
Vibratory finishing (barrel tumbling)
For finishing parts, we use vibratory tumbling to ensure precise and even surface finishing. This process removes burrs and sharp edges, yielding a smooth and polished final product.
Surface grinding
We perform post-processing of sheet metal blanks and corner rounding, either with a grinding machine or manually, as per agreement. Surface grinding improves the surface quality of the parts and ensures their uniformity.
Warehousing and logistics services
We offer integrated warehousing and logistics services for the products we manufacture. We can deliver your products globally, subject to agreement.
