Powder coating offers an effective and environmentally friendly solution for coating metal products. Compared to traditional wet painting, powder coating is a more eco-friendly alternative, as it does not use solvents and produces no VOC emissions.

The automated coating line enables high capacity and flexibility
The automated coating line enables high capacity and flexibility. Our powder coating line is a 200-meter long fully automated continuous coating system, ideal for large volumes. Pre-treatment is performed in a three-stage washing line, where we use Gardobond® products as chemical agents, ensuring optimal surface preparation for the parts to be coated.
Color change automation and a powder recycling system make the line efficient for production batches of all sizes. We also maintain a manual finishing system, allowing our professional painters to finish your products as needed.

In powder coating, the powder is sprayed onto the surface using static electricity, ensuring an even and durable coating. This method produces no VOC emissions, making it more environmentally friendly than traditional methods. The powder recycling system further improves material efficiency and reduces waste.
Coating services available independently
A large portion of the items we coat comes from outside our own metal production, so we are happy to offer our high-quality coating services for items other than those we manufacture. M-Levy’s subcontracted coating facility is located at Teollisuustie 4, Muurame.
We can handle both small and large pieces, with a maximum size of 3000 x 1800 x 600 mm and a maximum weight of 150 kg.
If needed, we can also leverage our extensive partner network to meet various other surface treatment needs. You can access services like wet painting, anodizing, and hot-dip galvanizing through our network.
